Although this is a new venue for me, I have been selling and buying on the internet since October 1998. I have completed over 700 transactions on with 100% positive feedback with a healthy number of return customers. I have had a total of two items returned in all that time. One because the buyer felt there was more patina to a copper piece than they wanted. And one because of a small chip I missed on the lip of a bank. I did a 100% refund and received and gave positive feedback. Customer service is a very big issue for me. I want my customers to be happy.
